Why do we offer multiple versions of
the same software and apps? Different people have different requirements for the same software. For example, Scribble is designed for many different categories of people. Although both students and authors could use Scribble and write in it, their requirements and usage of the software is profoundly different. Thus we design multiple versions of most of our software products.
What is the difference between
'Everyone' & 'Education' Editions? The 'Everyone' Edition of our software products is designed to cater towards everyone who could want to use the software - having many features and all available options. Our 'Education' Edition versions are designed for schools, universities, colleges and other education institutions. They often include additional features specifically for education. Check the Education Edition section for full explanation of the specific additional features.
How does NanoLion make money if
many of our apps & projects are free? Many of our apps such as Scribble & OverLay are free. However future apps and software systems designed for business & enterprise customers will not be free. Additionally, our videogames are not free however are priced low as we consider ourselves an indie game studio for our videogame projects.
What is NanoLion?
NanoLion is an Australian software studio that develops apps, games and various software systems. As per our slogan, our goal is to make "Software Smarter". As a result, all our projects have a tendency to have innovative & unique features that solve problems in more effective ways. For example, Scribble allows people to have a virtual sticky note on top of what they are doing even if they are interacting with other apps - which we even use to help develop our own apps, including Scribble!
How can I support NanoLion?
You can support us by using our apps and playing our games - regardless if they cost money or are free. Additionally, spreading word about NanoLion especially about our apps and games is one of the best ways to support us. Additionally, the Merch tab of our website includes free downloadable wallpapers designed in our signature NanoLion style. We may also consider paid merchandise in the future that will also be available in the Merch tab.
